POSTED BY MICHELLE Today Bio test and Hist test. I think I screwed up both. BOOOOOOOOO. Then after school, went for the Science of Beauty awards thing at ngee ann poly. Eh that thing is going to be very fun I guess. The whole day, me and meiling was kind of like looking forward to it and it turned out, really quite interesting :D So straight after school, rushed down to the folyer to take cabs that ms verlyn booked for us with meiling pingting layying charmaine and zhicheng. hahahaha then when we reached there, we had the lecture/briefing on the competition thing. Oh and and and right, I was so lucky to have a guy having BO sitting in front of me. stuuuuuupid, that damn stench. But only me and meiling could smell it. no offence but I was really suffering in the lecture hall okay :( then the lecturer introduced to us what is cosmetics all about. Lecturer: Okay functions of cosmetics are.. cleansing, beautifying, ... correcting body odour.. Me: YESYESYES, someone needs it! -secretly points to that guy- I hope no one saw it, it's quite offending la but argh :S Okay forget all about the BO, and talk about fun stuffs! We went to their lab and make cosmetics! whoa their labs compared to ours so much much much nicer can! There's AIRCON, NO NEED WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES, NO BUNSEN BURNERS cos they use the hotplates(that's what they call it i think) and it's so much more easier to use okay.I adjusted the temperature to 305degree celscius and meiling was like so freaked out cos she scared the whole thing will explode HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA. So we successfully made sunblock, acne cream and lip balm! claps:D cool right, yes it is. :) After that went to their "canteen" to eat.Poly students are so so so lucky to have their "canteens" nicer than the foodcourts out there. so not fair :( So we ate there and kept talking,contributing funny ideas on making our products. :D came up with ideas like "banana flavour lip balm" and "acidic acne cream". hahahahhahahahaha. Yah then after that took bus to clementi and mrt to queenstown with meiling :D cos meiling having her tuition at 730 so pei her stone at queenstown to talk talk talk. lolololol and we saw a O.O thing. OMG I WAS SO FREAKED OUT. yuck yuck yuck. :X until 630, meiling finally board the train and i bus-ed home,myself. lol. what a interesting today, hahahhaha. |
